Are you in need of a break as a family caregiver? Need services for your mom or dad for a day, a week, a month, or a couple months? We offer a Retreat to Alder Bay! This is a short-term stay program designed to give family caregivers a break while their relative enjoys all of our amenities.

Our assisted living neighborhood and knowledgeable staff enrich the lives of seniors every day. At Alder Bay, elders are the most important customer we have. We understand each senior’s needs are just as individual as their personalities and we strive to meet and exceed both theirs and their family’s expectations.
Alder Bay is currently practicing and training staff in the use of Naomi Feil’s Validation Therapy techniques. Naomi Feil’s extensive research has proven to minimize aggressive behaviors and encourage those living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias to safely express their feelings as well as providing an atmosphere of trust between resident and caregiver.

Financial Structure
At Alder Bay, one monthly fee covers the cost of your apartment, utilities (except $20.00 for cable). Each resident is responsible for their own phone system or computer hook up system.
