It is the mission of the staff and management at Dayspring Village, Inc. to assist each individual with a continuous course of redirection in their daily living management skills. This goal is achieved through the collective impact of a targeted array of traditional and nontraditional community based services aimed at reducing symptoms and improving quality of life

Dayspring Village Inc. is a privately owned adult residential facility that is focused on serving persons with schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders.

Located 1/2 mile south of the scenic St. Mary's river in rural Nassau County, the facility provides access to a targeted array of services and community based providers.

Our facility offers access to a wide array services aimed at reducing the symptoms and improving quality of life. Some of these services include: assistance with medications meals, laundry housekeeping, maintenance, money management, cigarette management, assistance with transportation and access to mental health services.

We have been serving consumers and their families since 1987. We are members of the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, Amelia Island Fernandina Beach Chamber of Commerce, Florida Health Care Association.

With over 14 years of experience in meeting the needs of residents and their families, we are confident that you will find our staff and administrator to be responsive and knowledgeable.

The Monthly Fee for care at Dayspring Village, Inc. Is $ 950 / month and the private room fee is $1750/ month. This amount is financed through a combination of funds from the individual's social security payments and in some cases a state supplementation program. There is a financial aid program available for a limited number of residents.

The rooms accommodate 2 person as well as dresser, and private bathrooms. Each Room has a private entrance and can accommodate Television, Microwave and other items (which require authorization).

In addition to the many activities and field trips, the facility offers excellent Air Conditioned Day Room with Cable television, refreshment and access to the staff for any urgent and non-urgent needs.

The Facility consists of common grounds area such as the dining room where there is Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and snacks are served.
