Homestead Village – Florida, LLC is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing quality services and has state-of-the-art facilities to enhance the lives of senior citizens.
Homestead Village is a uniquely designed senior living community dedicated to an "aging-in-place" philosophy. Our community offers a wide range of services to meet the needs of each individual resident. Whether you are independent, need an occasional helping hand or need daily assistance with life’s activities, Homestead Village has a home for you.
We understand that our residents' needs are individual and are going to change over time. We have eleven cottages at Homestead Village, each dedicated to providing a specific level of care. Each of our Assisted Living cottages is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our staff members give you the independence you want with all the help you need.
Each of our cottages has a comfortable family atmosphere. Our residents have private rooms which they furnish with their favorite things. A cozy living room, dining room, kitchen and spacious front porch are there for our residents to enjoy with family and friends. Our community also offers a beautiful outdoor landscape filled with flowers, sidewalks and gazebos.
Homestead Village takes care of all life’s little hassles while you join in planned activities or just relax. Nutritious meals are prepared in the Victorian Restaurant and served in each cottage. No more worries with dishes, laundry, housekeeping and maintenance because we take care of it for you.

Homestead Village Assisted Living is uniquely designed to offer a comfortable, secure, family atmosphere. Each of our cottages is dedicated to caring for residents who share similar needs. Our personal care programs are supported by 24-hour trained staff with the option to be followed by an on-site geriatric nurse practitioner and physician. Homestead Village has 150 Assisted Living private rooms with the following services and amenities:

Before moving to Homestead Village, each prospective resident meets our Administrator or Resident Care Coordinator in order to determine how our staff can best provide assistance for their individual needs. An assessment, in concert with each resident’s physician, determines the appropriate level of care for the individual. Ongoing evaluations are done by the nursing staff as resident’s needs may change over time.
