The Palace at Weston will offer classical Mediterranean-style resort living, with four 4-story buildings and villas, most with lake views. Located in the City of Weston, the development was designed by the renowned architectural firm of Nichols, Brosch, Sandoval and Associates, with interiors designed by Jeff Howard of Howard Design Group.
The large lake, which is the signature exterior feature of the property, will have a 70-foot bridge to the Island House, a sophisticated and elegant large clubhouse overlooking the pool, with magnificent lake views.
There will be a beautiful, large, lushly landscaped 22,000 sq. ft. recreational deck with 3,600 sq. ft. pool, and a half-mile jogging and walking path. The spacious floor plans will offer one, two and three-bedroom apartments with dens, great rooms, and private dining terraces.
There will be a 24-hour manned security guardhouse at the main entrance, a surveillance video security system, and a technologically advanced fire alarm system.
The Lobby lounge will feature an indoor/outdoor bar area with large screen plasma television, and food and beverage service will be available. The project will offer an upscale restaurant, coffee shop, poolside dining, and private dining room, an events center with serving bar and catering kitchen, card and game rooms, an English-style library with computers and Internet access, a fully-equipped business center, a meeting and conference room, a full-service beauty salon, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a cardiovascular room and free weights, a gym, saunas, and aerobics room overlooking the pool deck and lake, and yoga and aerobics studio. There will also be men's and women's locker rooms with showers.
Among the resident conveniences, there will be a front desk and concierge service, valet parking in every building, social and entertainment venues on the ground floor of clubhouse building, a mailroom and package receiving area, and private storage rooms.

A great team was assembled to build The Palace at Weston. The architects -- Nichols, Brosch, Sandoval & Associates -- are renowned for their architectural work on world-class hotels, including The Ritz Carlton Hotels in Coconut Grove and Miami Beach, the Loews in South Beach and the Diplomat Resort & Country Club in Hollywood.
Interior Design was done by The Howard Design Group, which has worked on projects in North and South America, Europe, and Asia, and has earned numerous awards. Recent projects include the Ritz-Carlton Hotels in Coconut Grove, Miami Beach and Naples, The Hotel George in Coral Gables, and The Palace Tel-Aviv in Israel. In addition, the Howard Design Group has worked with many well-known personalities on their residences, including Oprah Winfrey, basketball star Alonzo Mourning, and golf professional Raymond Floyd.
