At The Villas, residents have easy access to laundry, dining, and activity areas within the building, and can enjoy the landscaped yard, patios, and gazebo in the trees. While these common areas are comfortably and tastefully furnished, residents personalize their apartments with their own favorite items and furnishings.

Residents may choose from studio or one-bedroom apartments complete with kitchenettes, private bathrooms, and individual temperature controls. Over thirteen different activity rooms are available for hobbies, libraries, computers, and watching television or movies. A beauty salon and whirlpool bath is also available for use by the residents. No more housekeeping, but a beautiful home in which to enjoy a variety of activities as well as visits from family and friends.

The Villas is conveniently located near downtown Gulf Breeze, within walking distance of stores, public parks, publi
c library, beauty and barber shops, and restaurants. There are grocery stores, movie theaters, pharmacies, banks, doctors and dentists, a local hospital ,and other stores close by, and the Beach is located 3 miles away...your grandchildren will love coming to visit you!

The building is fully sprinkled and fire protected, with privacy-keyed apartments, emergency call systems, and security systems, making The Villas a safe and secure environment where seniors can truly relax and live in a safe carefree atmosphere.

The Villas at Gulf Breeze offers a variety of apartment styles so you can choose the style that is just right for you! All apartment choices include all utilities (except for cable television and phone which are available and can be directly billed to the resident), meals, maintenance, activities, and scheduled transportation, as well as care at the appropriate service level. The Villas staff is committed to providing all residents with the quality service that meets each resident's needs.
