Nestled among the redwoods, pines, and rhododendron, The Woods is a beautiful community offering homes on generous lots. Home sizes and styles vary; most average between 1100 and 2000 square feet.
Beautifully constructed and energy-efficient, most of the homes are modern in design and provide the latest in kitchen and bathroom appointments. Each home comes with outdoor decks and either a full garage or carport. Storage cabinets and storage areas are ample.

The Lodge at The Woods
Assisted Living
The Lodge at The Woods is a community of 24 Assisted Living apartments for qualified adults aged 62 years or older. The community offers older individuals the safety, freedom, and well being that comes from living autonomously with support for activities of daily living.
The Lodge may also serve persons in transition from acute or skilled care and not ready to manage themselves independently in their own homes.
Each apartment has its own bathroom and shower plus a private outdoor deck. Meals are taken in a communal dining room.
Services include:
•Three nutritious meals a day, plus special diet accommodation
•Weekly cleaning and daily tidying of apartment
•Personal laundry and linen service (except dry cleaning)
•Apartment maintenance
•All utilities/cable TV (except telephone)
•Stimulating activities
•Arrangement and transportation for scheduled appointments
•On site security
•On-site licensed nurse
•24-hour staffing
•Emergency call system
For an extra charge, these services are also available:
•Guest meals
•Escort services
•Complete hair salon
•Other services by special arrangement
Residents share a comfortable living and activity room, hair salon, and laundry facility. An indoor pool and spa are also available.
The Lodge combines the security of round-the-clock assistance with privacy and dignity. The friendly, caring, professional staff help residents with the activities of daily living—such as bathing and dressing, hygiene and grooming, medication management, and mobility—in a comfortable and beautiful setting.
